REGAL PLAZA HOTEL, Dubai – Your ideal downtown stay

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were outdated, and the customer service was very poor, not worth even 1 star. Many amenities and items were missing in the room, like no supervisor checking the check-out room even after a confirmed booking. After showers, the room was not properly ventilated despite having the window open all day.

The hotel's location was excellent, right outside the Fahidi metro station in the middle of the city. The rooms were spacious and offered a view of the streets below, though they felt very damped despite efforts to ventilate. The service was hospitable and welcoming overall, with standout assistance from Roshan and Antu. The dining options were varied, leaning towards Indian cuisine, and the facilities were satisfactory.
